Join NPC on a tour of the Atlantic Permanent Building (740 Boush) and the Duke Grace Building (740 Duke). The tour will begin at the Atlantic Permanent Building, where attendees will tour the D'Art Center on the 1st floor and learn about the historic rehabilitation project that turned this former mid-century modern bank into a mixed use art gallery, artist workspace, and apartments. All participants will then be invited to walk one block to the Duke-Grace Building, an active rehabilitation project for a behind the scenes look at preservation in action.

NOTE: Duke-Grace is an active construction site. Closed-toe shoes are required. Limited number of hard hats available. If you own a hard hat, please bring it with you.
